📋 Description

• As a Senior Analyst, Growth Strategy & Analytics at Leap Technologies, you will build the financial case that moves enterprise prospects from interest to signed contract by transforming complex healthcare claims data into clear, credible savings stories for CFOs and benefits leaders.
• Day to day, you will partner with sales leadership to deliver customized ROI assessments, create scalable templates and frameworks for sales enablement, identify savings patterns across the book of business, and produce executive-ready materials that translate specialty drug cost data into compelling financial narratives.
• Leap is a fast-growing pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy, reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed by eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing fairness to therapy pricing for Fortune 500 clients and leading TPAs.
• In this role, you will gain direct ownership of client-facing work, visibility into how analytics drives business outcomes, and the opportunity to shape Leap’s sales analytics engine while developing expertise in healthcare cost trends, specialty drug utilization, and strategic pricing analysis.
