- • The Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation Strategy & Analytics is an integral role on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, driving analytics and insights of incentive compensation plans across the business to support ServiceTitan’s sustainable growth.
- • The role involves continuously analyzing the effectiveness of incentive compensation plans, researching industry best practices, identifying improvement opportunities, presenting insights to senior leaders, and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
- • The Revenue Strategy & Operations team at ServiceTitan focuses on aligning incentive plans with company outcomes and market competitiveness to drive performance for over 700 employees.
- • The individual will develop expertise in sales compensation strategy, data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and influencing executive-level compensation design in a high-growth tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting
- • Functional experience in sales/incentive compensation, RevOps, and/or FP&A
- • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research
- • Comfort analyzing data at scale using Excel/Google Sheets, with SQL and Tableau experience a plus
- • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication and collaboration
- • Ability to distill complex analysis into actionable recommendations
