• • Senior Application Development role focused on supporting and improving enterprise content management (ECM) systems like FileNet and OnBase, ensuring critical document management systems run smoothly for daily business operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing Level 2 and Level 3 support, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, configuring applications based on business needs, supporting new development through the IT lifecycle, and collaborating with business users and IT teams using tools such as Content Navigator, FileNet P8 Loader, CEBIT, DejaViewer, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
