If you are someone who thrives in structured environments, takes immense pride in maintaining data integrity, and excels at ensuring complex workflows operate with precision and accountability, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our business performance by building and scaling disciplined workforce processes.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in processing contractor requests from initiation to completion. This involves meticulously ensuring all documentation is complete and data is accurate before any engagement proceeds. You will maintain a clear overview of all open requests, proactively managing their progress through every stage of their lifecycle. A key aspect of your day-to-day will involve partnering closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate essential elements such as interviews, necessary approvals, and the logistical aspects of engagements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing timely and clear updates to business leaders and various cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Maintaining precise records of contractor start and end dates, their associated rates, any status changes, and their complete engagement history will be a core responsibility. You will actively monitor assignment timelines, proactively flagging upcoming renewals or necessary offboarding actions to prevent any lapses or delays. Additionally, you will provide support for contractor recruiting efforts, which may include screening potential candidates and assisting with sourcing.
- • A significant part of your contribution will be in maintaining the integrity of program data and reporting. You will be adept at identifying discrepancies, investigating their root causes, and resolving data issues to safeguard the accuracy of our reporting. Your efforts will directly support the preparation of crucial operational reports for leadership and key stakeholders, providing them with reliable insights.
- • You will also serve as a key point of coordination between external staffing agencies and our internal teams. This involves tracking vendor submissions, supporting the logistics for candidate evaluation, and maintaining thorough documentation of all vendor interactions and engagement records. This coordination ensures a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
- • Beyond day-to-day tasks, you will contribute to strengthening our operational excellence. This includes supporting the ongoing refinement of our contingent workforce documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures. You will play a role in ensuring that established processes are consistently followed across all engagements, promoting uniformity and reliability. Your insights and contributions will be valuable in initiatives aimed at improving program visibility, consistency, and scalability, helping Riveron to grow and adapt.
