• • This includes maintaining a sophisticated and up-to-date understanding of all relevant regulations, such as those set forth by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), EU national registrations, BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation)/BPF (Biocidal Products Regulation), and Cosing (Cosmetic Ingredient Database).
• • You will be tasked with interpreting intricate regulatory requirements and effectively communicating them to various cross-functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor across the entire HPC organization.
• • A significant part of your role will involve developing robust regulatory strategies tailored to specific product needs and market requirements.
• • This includes the meticulous preparation of comprehensive submission dossiers, essential for securing product approvals from EU government agencies.
• • You will be the go-to person for managing and responding to a wide array of regulatory queries and requests originating from customers, internal partners, and regulatory authorities, ensuring that all responses are timely, accurate, and professionally handled.
• • Leading annual regulatory maintenance activities will be crucial to ensure ongoing compliance and to proactively address any changes in regulatory frameworks.
• • You will also play a key role in supporting the development of innovative regulatory pathways that are designed to enable and accelerate business growth, identifying opportunities within the regulatory landscape.
• • Acting as a strategic business partner to the HPC Commercial and R&D teams is paramount; you will build strong, collaborative relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
