- • You will be instrumental in shaping our regulatory strategy, a critical function in a fast-evolving industry, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed compliance standards.
- • Your expertise will directly support the growth and success of future business ventures by navigating complex regulatory landscapes and securing necessary approvals.
- • A key aspect of this position involves close collaboration with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including Research & Development (R&D), Marketing, Sales, and the broader HPC business unit, fostering a cohesive and results-oriented environment.

- • A primary responsibility will be to ensure unwavering regulatory compliance throughout the entire lifecycle of Arxada’s Home & Personal Care products.
- • This includes maintaining a sophisticated and up-to-date understanding of all relevant regulations, such as those set forth by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), EU national registrations, BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation)/BPF (Biocidal Products Regulation), and Cosing (Cosmetic Ingredient Database).
- • You will be tasked with interpreting intricate regulatory requirements and effectively communicating them to various cross-functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor across the entire HPC organization.
- • A significant part of your role will involve developing robust regulatory strategies tailored to specific product needs and market requirements.
- • This includes the meticulous preparation of comprehensive submission dossiers, essential for securing product approvals from EU government agencies.
- • You will be the go-to person for managing and responding to a wide array of regulatory queries and requests originating from customers, internal partners, and regulatory authorities, ensuring that all responses are timely, accurate, and professionally handled.
- • Leading annual regulatory maintenance activities will be crucial to ensure ongoing compliance and to proactively address any changes in regulatory frameworks.
- • You will also play a key role in supporting the development of innovative regulatory pathways that are designed to enable and accelerate business growth, identifying opportunities within the regulatory landscape.
- • Acting as a strategic business partner to the HPC Commercial and R&D teams is paramount; you will build strong, collaborative relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
