- • As a Zyphe-English Phone Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between Zyphe and English speakers across critical sectors such as healthcare, government, law enforcement, and emergency services, helping to eliminate language and cultural barriers for limited-English speakers and the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding promptly to interpreting sessions, rendering accurate meaning without omissions or additions, maintaining professionalism during high-stress or emotional calls (including 911 and end-of-life conversations), and adhering to industry-specific protocols in medical, legal, and financial contexts.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Zyphe and English with understanding of cultural dynamics
- • Ability to remain neutral, objective, and detached during sensitive or emotionally charged conversations
- • High school diploma or equivalent, plus preferred experience in teaching, translation, or language assessment
- • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- • Access to a quiet, secure workspace and a personal device (Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, iPadOS, or Android) with reliable internet (5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload)
