• • The Senior Associate – IT Operations role at Riveron Consulting supports day-to-day IT operations and end-user services, ensuring seamless technology functionality for employees across global teams.
• • The person will provide daily IT support including employee onboarding/offboarding, manage laptop and asset lifecycles, act as the primary liaison with the Managed Service Provider (MSP), support office IT infrastructure, coordinate procurement and vendor renewals, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, enforce compliance with IT policies and ISO standards, maintain documentation and SOPs, and collaborate with global IT teams on system improvements.
