  • • Riveron Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions to elevate customer engagement and streamline intricate sales processes for our diverse clientele. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical implementation teams, ensuring that Salesforce configurations precisely align with strategic business objectives and deliver tangible value.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, starting with the meticulous gathering of business requirements. You will translate these requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and detailed solution designs, laying the groundwork for successful implementations. A significant part of your role will involve hands-on configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, tailoring its features to meet specific client needs. This includes configuring core Sales Cloud functionalities such as Sales Management, Campaign Management, Lead Conversion processes, Sales Forecasting, Sales Cadences, robust Account Management, and sophisticated Territory Management.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing and implementing powerful Experience Cloud portals. This involves leveraging Experience Builder to create intuitive and engaging portals for various use cases, including Customer Service, Partner Central, and Self-Service Portals. You will also configure and optimize Knowledge bases and Chatter functionalities within Experience Cloud to foster collaboration and information sharing. A critical aspect of your work will be guiding clients through crucial 'buy vs. build' decisions, recommending the most effective and efficient solutions, whether they involve out-of-the-box Salesforce features or custom development.
  • • You will play a key role in identifying integration requirements and proposing optimal integration approaches, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other critical business systems. This may involve working with AppExchange products like DocuSign, Spiff/Xactly, Conga Composer, Sales Navigator, Demand Tools, Cloudingo, Checkmarks, PMD, OwnBackup, and Vonage, as well as understanding integration needs with systems like NetSuite and other ERPs using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • • A core part of your contribution will be ensuring that the implemented solutions are not only functional but also provide a superior user experience. This includes ensuring responsive design and accessibility across all devices, making sure that portals and applications are usable and effective for all end-users. You will also prepare detailed configuration runbooks and provide clear guidance to the development team, ensuring that custom development aligns perfectly with the designed solutions.
  • • The role demands a strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (CPQ) process and hands-on experience with CPQ implementations. You will also leverage your expertise in automation features like Flows to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. A solid grasp of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be essential for more complex customizations and development oversight. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of Solution Designs, System Architecture diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
  • • Beyond technical implementation, you will be responsible for conducting user training sessions, empowering clients to effectively utilize their new Salesforce solutions. You will also create comprehensive user documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term adoption.
