• • Develop advanced statistical models—regression, clustering, time-series forecasting—in R or Python to predict denial rates, patient propensity-to-pay, and optimal staffing levels, delivering ROI cases that have already saved clients $18 M in 2023.
• • Create interactive Power BI / Tableau dashboards that slice KPIs (AR days, clean-claim rate, cost-per-visit) by region, provider, and payer, enabling executives to drill from enterprise view to individual patient account in three clicks.
