📋 Description

• • Own the full lifecycle of business intelligence projects—from raw data to board-level insights—powering Docplanner’s AI-driven medical assistant that already supports thousands of doctors and millions of patients worldwide.
• • Serve as the single source of truth for global reporting, designing and maintaining the canonical dashboards that marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and people-experience teams rely on every day to move fast and stay aligned.
• • Translate complex, multi-terabyte Redshift datasets into crisp, actionable narratives that executives can absorb in minutes and frontline teams can act on immediately, directly influencing product roadmap, pricing, and customer-experience investments.
• • Build automated, self-healing ETL pipelines in Airflow that cut manual refresh time from hours to minutes, freeing analysts to focus on insight generation rather than data wrangling.
• • Craft pixel-perfect Tableau visualizations that surface anomalies, trends, and opportunities in real time, enabling stakeholders to spot a churn risk or upsell moment before the competition does.
• • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with AI engineers to feed clean, well-modeled data into Python/R prediction and classification models that anticipate doctor needs and patient behavior, turning descriptive analytics into prescriptive action.
• • Run A/B and multivariate experiments end-to-end—hypothesis framing, sample-size calculations, statistical testing, and post-test storytelling—so every product tweak and marketing campaign is grounded in rigorous evidence.
• • Establish data-governance guardrails and documentation standards within Git repositories, ensuring that every query, model, and dashboard is reproducible, version-controlled, and peer-reviewed.
• • Mentor junior analysts through code reviews, lunch-and-learn sessions, and pair-programming, raising the analytical bar across the 12-person Data Analytics team and embedding a culture of curiosity and craftsmanship.
• • Evangelize a metrics-driven mindset across the company, running quarterly “data days” where cross-functional teams learn to fish for insights rather than waiting for dashboards to be delivered.
• • Continuously scan the external landscape for new data sources—public health datasets, competitor pricing feeds, socio-economic indicators—that can enrich internal models and sharpen strategic recommendations.
• • Present findings in crisp, story-driven decks to C-level leadership, translating statistical significance into business significance and securing buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
• • Balance long-term foundational work (e.g., dimensional-model redesign) with rapid-fire ad-hoc requests, using ruthless prioritization and stakeholder communication to keep both trains running on time.
• • Contribute to open-source BI tooling and internal Python/R libraries, turning one-off solutions into reusable accelerators that multiply team productivity quarter after quarter.
