Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full lifecycle of business intelligence projects—from raw data extraction to board-level storytelling—ensuring every chart, dashboard, and model becomes the single source of truth for Docplanner’s global leadership.
- • Become the go-to data partner for Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and People Experience, translating complex questions into crisp KPIs, then delivering answers that directly influence budget allocation, pricing strategy, and customer retention.
- • Design and maintain a scalable Redshift-based data warehouse that ingests millions of events from our AI assistant and booking platform, guaranteeing sub-second query performance for both ad-hoc analyses and automated executive reports.
- • Build and automate self-service Tableau dashboards that empower local teams in 13 countries to slice, dice, and drill down without ever opening a ticket—freeing you to focus on deeper predictive work.
- • Develop Python/R classification and regression models that predict doctor churn, patient satisfaction drops, and campaign ROI, then socialize the results so non-technical stakeholders feel confident acting on them.
- • Orchestrate ETL pipelines in Airflow that run 24/7, ensuring data freshness and lineage transparency while you sleep, so Monday morning meetings start with yesterday’s numbers, not last week’s.
- • Drive quarterly OKR reviews by packaging insights into concise, visually compelling narratives that help C-level executives decide where to double down and where to pivot.
- • Champion data governance and documentation inside Git, turning tribal SQL knowledge into version-controlled, peer-reviewed code that survives team rotations and onboarding ramps.
- • Experiment with cutting-edge analytics techniques—such as uplift modeling and causal impact—to measure the true effect of new AI features on patient booking behavior.
- • Mentor junior analysts through pair programming and design critiques, raising the bar for statistical rigor and storytelling across the 12-person Data Analytics guild.
- • Collaborate with the AI team to embed real-time feature flags and A/B test results directly into your warehouse, enabling rapid iteration on the intelligent assistant.
- • Translate regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA) into technical constraints, ensuring every dataset you expose is anonymized, permissioned, and audit-ready.
- • Present findings at internal “Data Demos” and external healthcare conferences, positioning Docplanner as a thought leader in data-driven medical practice transformation.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for new data sources—CRM enrichment, NPS surveys, external market benchmarks—that can sharpen our competitive edge and deepen patient trust.
