• • As a Senior Bid Writer in Capita’s Win Centre, you will lead the development of clear, compelling, and client-focused proposal content for high-value, complex public sector bids, shaping narratives that directly influence win outcomes.
• • You will own the end-to-end writing quality of bids—from strategy to submission—translating technical input from subject matter experts into persuasive, easy-to-understand narratives while ensuring consistency, compliance, and impact under tight deadlines.
• • You will work within a centralized, specialist function supporting some of Capita’s largest and most strategically important opportunities, collaborating closely with Capture Directors, Bid Managers, and Solutions teams on multi-workstream, long-cycle pursuits.
• • You will have the opportunity to coach contributors on proposal best practices, improve bid writing capability across teams, and follow clear development pathways within a growing specialist function that values ownership, storytelling, and strategic impact over routine document production.
