- • As a Senior Bilingual Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Pension Workflow, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our critical pension workflow solutions. This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive QA expertise to contribute to project success, drive continuous improvement in testing processes, and mentor junior team members.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, meticulously analyzing technical documentation to identify potential issues and craft robust test scenarios. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining detailed test suites, complete with clear expected results and necessary test data, ensuring thorough coverage of both positive and negative test cases.
- • A key aspect of this role involves prioritizing and executing test cases based on project needs and business priorities, while also assessing the impact of any changes to the system. You will collaborate closely with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to refine testing scope and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- • Beyond individual contributions, you will actively participate in defining test strategies and plans, providing valuable input to shape our QA approach. You will also support and peer-review the work of other QA resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- • Reporting testing progress to QA Leads and proactively escalating any risks that could impact deadlines or quality will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be empowered to propose innovative solutions and improvements aimed at optimizing efficiency and reducing costs within the QA process.
- • This role also involves providing client support and training as required, which may necessitate occasional travel to client sites within Canada and the United States. Your user-centric perspective and unwavering commitment to quality will be paramount in ensuring our solutions meet and exceed external customer expectations.
- • You will be a reliable point of contact for all quality-related decisions, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Your ability to communicate clearly and constructively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential for success.
