📋 Description

• Own and evolve Parafin’s visual identity across all touchpoints including website, social media, paid ads, email, blog, video, events, and internal communications.
• Maintain and scale a centralized brand asset library and comprehensive style guide to ensure company-wide brand consistency.
• Concept, design, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and print mediums, from initial ideation to final delivery.
• Design and maintain website assets and landing pages in collaboration with marketing and engineering teams to ensure a polished, modern, and up-to-date web presence.
• Art-direct and produce video and motion content for social, advertising, and web channels, either hands-on or through external vendors.
• Partner with the product design team to accurately represent and market product features, ensuring visual consistency between product experience and marketing materials.
• Create event and office materials including posters, signage, swag, and internal communications that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Proactively identify gaps in the brand system and propose strategic improvements to enhance Parafin’s market presence before being asked.
• Apply strong typography, layout, and composition skills to deliver high-fidelity designs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems that scale across multiple platforms and formats, including digital, environmental, and motion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align creative output with business goals and product launches.
• Ensure all brand deliverables adhere to web design principles and are properly handed off for digital production.
• Present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence, balancing brand integrity with business needs.
• Work autonomously to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of visual/brand design experience
• A versatile brand and graphic designer with a strong portfolio spanning digital and print, comfortable working across web, social, print, environmental, and motion
• Experience owning a visual identity end-to-end, from brand strategy and ideation to execution and rollout
• Experience leading or contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and AI tools in your design workflow
• Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills with a sharp eye for detail
