📋 Description

• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Ndeavour Tech Pvt. Ltd. is a pivotal role responsible for transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive decision-making across operations, marketing, finance, and executive leadership. This position bridges technical expertise with business acumen to ensure data is not only accurate and accessible but also actionable, enabling the company to innovate, optimize performance, and sustain long-term growth in a competitive market.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality data tools such as interactive dashboards and self-serve reporting solutions using Tableau and other BI platforms; translating stakeholder requirements into effective analytical solutions; building and optimizing complex data models and SQL queries across internal and external systems—including Snowflake—to create integrated, reliable datasets; enhancing Snowflake data structures and modelling practices; monitoring and managing data accuracy across business systems; and automating legacy Excel-based pricing and unit-management models into scalable, reliable data tools that streamline decision-making for unit pricing, market availability, and core BTR operations.
• The role involves deep stakeholder engagement across Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Executive teams, acting as a trusted advisor by delivering data-driven recommendations; facilitating tailored requirements-gathering sessions through workshops and walkthroughs adapted to technical and non-technical audiences, including high-level strategic sessions with senior leaders and hands-on end-user training to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective translation of business needs into analytical solutions.
• In the realm of advanced analytics, the analyst designs, refines, and recommends KPI frameworks aligned with strategic goals; applies machine learning techniques to forecasting and classification problems such as tenancy length, LTV, and debt likelihood; plans and scopes analytical experiments including A/B tests and hypothesis testing using statistical methods like T-Tests and ANOVA to validate business strategies; and interprets statistical results for non-technical audiences to drive informed decision-making.
• The position also encompasses ETL, engineering, and data quality responsibilities: connecting external platforms into a unified data ecosystem to reduce manual work; creating reliable, well-structured DBT models that establish a single source of truth for KPIs and reports; and establishing clear data standards, ownership, and quality checks to ensure stakeholder trust in insights and confidence in decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Advanced SQL and Snowflake expertise
• Proficiency in Python for analytics and modelling
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Excellent Excel and analytical problem-solving skills
