📋 Description
- • As a Senior Business Intelligence Associate at Alma, you will help the BI team and Alma accomplish its mission of providing accessible and affordable mental health care by analyzing, designing, building, and growing reporting and insights to support Marketing teams.
- • You will build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards, develop data models in dbt from multiple data sources, analyze historical data to create impactful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- • You will work within Alma’s centralized data team, collaborating with Data Engineering and cross-functional business teams to transform raw data into reliable assets that drive strategic decisions and empower stakeholders with data on demand.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Alma’s business and data, become the go-to expert for Marketing-related data challenges, and grow your ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful insights while advocating for improvements in data capabilities between business and Engineering.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics or BI, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- • Expertise in SQL and working experience with dbt, used daily
- • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Lightdash or equivalent) and leveraging AI to accelerate workflows
- • Experience with Marketing-specific KPIs and platforms for campaign performance tracking and web analytics
- • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- • Naturally curious, self-starter with attention to detail and a habit of solving ambiguous problems through data analysis
