  • As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, you will lead the governance, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across the health plan, delivery system, and shared services departments, ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable analytics.
  • You will work within a mission-driven team focused on data-driven decision-making, collaborating with data architecture, engineering, and business stakeholders to align reporting with organizational standards and support self-service analytics adoption.
  • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in healthcare data systems, lead enterprise-wide Power BI migrations, mentor junior talent, and shape the future of analytics governance in a mission-oriented organization recognized as a Great Place to Work since 2015.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with at least 2 years in a Senior Power BI development role
  • Deep expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional data modeling
  • Demonstrated experience migrating reports and dashboards to Power BI in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with healthcare data such as claims, encounters, EHR, HEDIS, risk adjustment, or quality metrics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
