- • Architect and validate enterprise-grade Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager implementations for a Fortune-500 financial-services client, ensuring every click, scroll, and conversion is captured with pixel-perfect accuracy across web, mobile-app, and emerging digital touchpoints.
- • Translate complex raw data into executive-ready stories by designing, building, and maintaining best-in-class Tableau dashboards that surface KPI trends, funnel leakage, campaign ROI, and predictive lifetime value—empowering C-suite leaders to make multi-million-dollar decisions with confidence.
- • Own the end-to-end analytics cadence: weekly performance read-outs, monthly strategic reviews, and quarterly deep-dives that blend historical performance with forward-looking forecasts, clearly articulating what happened, why it matters, and what to do next.
- • Lead ad-hoc analysis sprints that move from ambiguous business questions to statistically rigorous insights in days, not weeks—leveraging GA4 event data, CRM feeds, media logs, and third-party enrichment to uncover hidden revenue opportunities and cost-saving efficiencies.
- • Partner with data engineers, privacy counsel, and InfoSec to embed GDPR/CCPA-compliant data governance into every tag, table, and dashboard; conduct routine QA audits that catch anomalies before they reach stakeholders and maintain 99 %+ data-integrity SLAs.
- • Mentor junior analysts on measurement planning, tag architecture, and visualization best practices; contribute to Bounteous’ Center of Excellence by documenting standards, reusable code snippets, and training decks that scale expertise across 4,000 global team members.
- • Champion a test-and-learn culture by designing A/B and multivariate test frameworks in GA4, synthesizing results into actionable recommendations that feed back into UX, product, and marketing roadmaps—driving continuous conversion-rate lifts and customer-satisfaction gains.
- • Stay ahead of the curve—beta-test new GA4 features, experiment with server-side tagging, and evaluate next-gen BI tools—ensuring our client always outperforms competitors on speed, precision, and insight sophistication.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years hands-on experience implementing and customizing Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for high-traffic, multi-domain environments.
- • Proven track record building executive-level Tableau dashboards (Cloud or Desktop) with complex calculated fields, LOD expressions, and performance optimization; Looker or Power BI experience a plus.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline.
- • Availability to collaborate live with Eastern-Time stakeholders; prior consulting or agency background strongly preferred.
- • Nice-to-have: SQL/BigQuery fluency, finance or travel-hospitality vertical expertise, and working knowledge of data-privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
