- • The Senior Business Operations Analyst will manage key inputs and measures for financial recognition and forecasting for the Global Services Team, delivering solutions that meet business needs, drive efficiency, and fuel company growth at Salsify, a market leader in commerce infrastructure helping brands win on the digital shelf.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing financial inputs and controls, partnering with cross-functional teams on financial close and reporting, managing financial models for scenario analysis, improving financial report efficiency using BI tools, translating complex data into actionable insights, building analytics dashboards for customer performance metrics, monitoring data quality and process consistency, and strengthening cross-functional relationships to drive partnership and operational excellence.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in SaaS financial operations, advanced data analysis using SQL and BI tools, financial modeling, and stakeholder partnership, positioning them as a trusted advisor while contributing to scalable processes that support Salsify’s growth from $100M to $500M in revenue.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of SaaS business operations, financial analytics, or directly relevant experience
- • Proven ability to interpret, analyze, and provide actionable insights
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets
- • Proficiency in using tools to track, analyze, and report on professional services metrics
- • Innate curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
- • Highly organized, accountable, and able to serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
