- • Leads business case development for proposed initiatives, ensuring thorough assessment of opportunities, risks, and return on investment.
- • Supports strategic and business planning processes by providing input on initiative prioritization and alignment with organizational goals.
- • Ensures all approved business cases are properly transitioned into actionable initiatives with documented scope, clear responsibilities, and defined outcomes.
- • Leads large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
- • Provides strategic and policy guidance to ensure processes are optimized for effective implementation and measurable results.
- • Organizes and manages cross-functional work teams, including identifying participants, establishing project plans, facilitating meetings, building consensus, and overseeing implementation.
- • Conducts detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing structures, and employee skills to inform initiative design and execution.
- • Utilizes project management tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project to support analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- • Leads and mentors staff responsible for initiatives within the company’s operating plan, supporting their development and successful completion.
- • Assists other project leaders with facilitation, process mapping, brainstorming sessions, and resolution of project management challenges.
- • Develops and delivers communications to all organizational levels to ensure awareness, alignment, and buy-in for process improvement initiatives.
- • Provides additional support as needed to enhance overall business performance and operational efficiency.
- • Complies with all company policies and standards.
- • Performs other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- • 6+ years of experience managing projects required
- • Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
- • Experience in healthcare and/or insurance preferred
- • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
- • Process quality certification preferred
