- • Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers across business functions including Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations, shaping hiring plans aligned with company objectives and long-term workforce planning.
- • Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact senior-level roles in GTM, G&A, and operations functions, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closure.
- • Proactively source and engage top-tier, often passive, candidates using creative and targeted outreach strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events.
- • Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes to ensure rigor, consistency, and adherence to the company’s high hiring bar standards.
- • Deliver consultative, data-driven updates to stakeholders using market insights, pipeline analytics, and talent trends to influence hiring decisions and timelines.
- • Design and maintain a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, acting as a brand ambassador for Harvey AI across the talent market.
- • Drive continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, interview frameworks, documentation, and candidate communication protocols to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- • Partner closely with People, Finance, and executive leadership to support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design initiatives.
- • Identify talent gaps and build proactive pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and future strategic roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing techniques, interview best practices, and candidate evaluation standards.
- • Implement and optimize recruiting systems and processes to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy across the talent acquisition function.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with recruiting metrics and funnel analytics, translating data into actionable insights to improve yield, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance quality of hire.
- • Operate with autonomy and a solutions-oriented mindset, consistently prioritizing decisiveness, simplicity, and relentless follow-through in alignment with company values.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of senior-level business roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter
- • Strong experience hiring for business-side functions (e.g., GTM, G&A, operations), including strategic and leadership-level roles
- • Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies that yield high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines
- • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights, with the ability to translate data into action
- • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset
