- • As a Senior Channel Account Manager at AgileBits Inc., you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth by cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships with key National Partners. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive joint business plans, establishing ambitious sales targets, and implementing effective go-to-market strategies that amplify 1Password's presence and market penetration within the cybersecurity and SaaS sectors.
- • You will be tasked with elevating 1Password's standing within the partner ecosystem by forging robust, trust-based relationships with executive and senior leadership at these critical National Partner organizations. This involves securing their commitment, driving mindshare for 1Password solutions, and fostering a collaborative environment that leads to joint selling opportunities and accelerated revenue.
- • A core responsibility will be to expand and optimize our partner ecosystem. This includes proactively identifying, recruiting, and activating new partners who align with 1Password’s strategic growth objectives and can contribute to our market expansion efforts.
- • You will lead and orchestrate joint selling initiatives with partners. This encompasses detailed account mapping, developing collaborative co-selling strategies, and actively nurturing the sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities and to expedite revenue generation.
- • A significant part of your role will involve enabling and empowering our partners. This means delivering high-impact sales training, developing compelling marketing programs, and executing effective demand generation initiatives that equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully sell 1Password solutions.
- • You will act as a crucial liaison, working cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and product teams. Your objective is to ensure seamless alignment, maximize the collective impact of our partner programs, and champion the needs of our partners within the organization.
- • You will leverage data-driven insights to meticulously measure partner performance, identify areas for strategic adjustment, and ultimately optimize strategies to maximize success and achieve revenue targets. This includes rigorous pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- • You will serve as a dedicated advocate for our partners internally. This means ensuring they receive the necessary support, resources, and attention from 1Password to drive sales effectively and promote customer adoption of our solutions.
- • A key aspect of your role is to champion 1Password’s unique differentiation in the competitive landscape. You will be responsible for positioning 1Password as the leading security solution within the partner ecosystem, highlighting our innovative products and value proposition.
- • You will drive execution urgency, ensuring that all partner-related activities are aligned with 1Password’s rapid growth trajectory and evolving partner strategy. This requires a proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to adapt quickly to market dynamics.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and channel dynamics within the enterprise software and cybersecurity markets. You will be expected to navigate intricate organizational structures within partner companies to build consensus and drive action.
- • You will contribute to the development and refinement of channel strategies, providing valuable market feedback and insights to inform future program development and product roadmaps.
- • The ability to influence partner strategy and execution is paramount, directly impacting 1Password’s success in expanding its channel reach and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
- • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic National Partners, ensuring consistent engagement, performance monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
- • This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving work environment. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt to rapid changes, manage multiple priorities effectively, and consistently deliver results.
- • You will be expected to mentor junior Channel Account Managers, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall development of the channel team.
- • Travel is expected to be between 40-50%, potentially up to 50%+, to engage with partners, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams.
