- • Be the heartbeat of client success at Savvy Wealth, a hyper-growth fintech that has already surpassed $2.2 billion in AUM in under three years. As a Senior Client Associate on the West Coast, you will serve as the primary operational engine for multiple high-performing financial advisors, ensuring every client interaction is seamless, compliant, and memorable.
- • Own the end-to-end client lifecycle: from the moment a prospect schedules their first discovery call to the day their accounts are fully funded and invested. You will orchestrate meeting prep, gather and digitize investment-strategy documentation, initiate ACAT transfers, and shepherd new clients through onboarding so advisors can focus on delivering life-changing advice.
- • Execute flawless day-to-day operations: process investment transactions, rebalance portfolios, generate performance and billing reports, and field inbound client inquiries with warmth and precision. Your work directly translates into higher advisor capacity and deeper client trust.
- • Build and refine standard operating procedures that will become the gold standard for a rapidly scaling organization. You’ll spot bottlenecks, propose automations, and partner with Product & Engineering to turn your frontline insights into platform features used by hundreds of advisors nationwide.
- • Act as the connective tissue between Savvy and external professional partners—CPAs, estate-planning attorneys, business managers, and insurance specialists—ensuring coordinated, holistic advice that differentiates Savvy in a crowded market.
- • Maintain pristine data integrity in Salesforce and downstream systems, enabling real-time analytics that power advisor dashboards and executive decision-making. Your attention to detail safeguards compliance and fuels our AI-driven insights.
- • Champion a culture of confidentiality and regulatory excellence. You will monitor adherence to SEC, FINRA, and state RIA rules, escalating issues proactively and partnering with Compliance to implement corrective action plans.
- • Bring a founder’s mindset to a Series-B rocket ship. Whether you’re stress-testing a new e-signature workflow or jumping on a last-minute client call from your West Coast home office, you thrive in ambiguity and treat every challenge as an opportunity to raise the bar.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Advisor Success to prioritize roadmap items that reduce manual work and elevate the client experience. Your voice will influence what we build next and how fast we scale.
- • Enjoy the energy of a Manhattan headquarters while working West Coast hours. You’ll receive catered lunches when in NYC, but you’ll also have the flexibility to craft a schedule that respects Pacific time-zone clients and teammates.
