  • • As a Senior Client Service Advisor for Student Blue at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, you will be at the forefront of synthesizing go-to-market strategies and applying a client-specific lens to empower sales teams with relevant trends, research, and product readiness insights.
  • • Your primary role will involve providing expert recommendations to clients, leveraging a deep understanding of available metrics, client feedback, and established best practices to drive success.
  • • You will be instrumental in recommending strategy-supporting products, programs, and services, ensuring they align with client objectives and Blue Cross NC's offerings.
  • • A key aspect of this position is creating lasting client value by taking ownership and executing critical delivery activities, ensuring that client-specific sold offerings operate seamlessly and without friction.
  • • You will actively support key sales activities by meticulously tailoring messaging, content, and offering configurations to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • • Collaboration with the sales team is paramount, working in tandem to deliver a high level of value and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle.
  • • You will assist in the development of sales and renewal strategies, including the compilation of comprehensive product and offer information to inform strategic decisions.
  • • A significant part of your responsibility will be to execute activities remotely and, when necessary, face-to-face with clients, ensuring the seamless post-sale delivery of sold products and offerings.
  • • This includes managing ad hoc communication, conducting thorough research into product issues and capabilities, generating ad hoc client reports, and producing necessary collateral.
  • • You will partner closely with clients to effectively execute products and programs that not only support their overarching goals but also add tangible value to Blue Cross NC and foster high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • • Proactive client outreach and support are essential to identify potential product and offering issues or opportunities, maintain high client satisfaction, and clearly set communication channel expectations.
  • • A strong understanding of the strategy behind each offering, coupled with the ability to work proactively, is crucial for facilitating product and program implementations both internally within the organization and externally with clients, as well as producers and consultants, by establishing and communicating clear, business-appropriate operational expectations.
  • • You must maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all products and offerings, including staying abreast of the product roadmap and testing timelines to provide accurate and timely information.
  • • Utilizing research findings and direct client feedback, you will provide valuable prospect or client-specific offering feedback to the sales team, enabling them to refine their approach and offerings.
  • • You will play a key role in supporting the tailoring of sales content, such as presentations, to precisely meet client-specific needs and resonate with their unique contexts.
  • • As required, you will deliver on Wellness offering obligations, which may include participating in on-site activities to promote health and well-being initiatives.
  • • You will represent Blue Cross NC by attending client meetings and events, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, services, and the enterprise's value story to support segment-specific business goals and objectives.
