- • **Why This Role Matters:** As a **Senior Client Services Project Manager (AI)** at NICE Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of high-impact projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. - • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
- • **End-to-End Project Leadership:** Oversee multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and accountability at every stage.
- • **Project Planning and Documentation:** Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation using tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet. This includes forecasting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- • **Stakeholder Communication:** Facilitate clear, consistent, and professional communication with all stakeholders, including technical teams, non-technical clients, and senior leadership. You will translate complex technical concepts (especially AI/GenAI and software delivery) into accessible insights for diverse audiences.
- • **Risk Management and Escalation:** Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage escalations professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and quality standards.
- • **Agile and Hybrid Methodologies:** Lead projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid/iterative approaches, adapting methodologies to suit the unique needs of each project. This includes coordinating onsite and offshore teams to optimize delivery efficiency.
- • **Launch Readiness and Deployment:** Guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout phases. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations before handover.
- • **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate project processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to enhance team productivity, collaboration, and project outcomes.
