- • You will partner strategically with our SaaS Sales teams to develop and execute cross-sell strategies, maximizing client lifetime value.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM forecasting will be critical for business planning and performance tracking.
- • Building strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of client stakeholders, including Operations Leaders, IT and Security teams, Business Sponsors, and End-User Champions, is fundamental.
- • You will adeptly position the value of our SaaS solutions at both the user and executive levels, tailoring your communication to resonate with different audiences.
- • Capturing structured client feedback and identifying recurring prioritization themes will directly inform our product development efforts.
- • Partnering with the Product team on roadmap validation ensures that our development efforts align with market needs and client expectations.
- • Identifying early warning signs of risk and potential churn indicators allows for proactive intervention and mitigation strategies.
- • Monitoring usage data and adoption metrics provides the insights needed to optimize client engagement and product utilization.
- • Developing and refining playbooks for adoption acceleration will help scale our client success efforts effectively.
- • You will coordinate seamlessly with our Support and Implementation teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
