- • The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role is critical to supporting complex clinical trials across Brazil, ensuring patient safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance in Latin America’s expanding research landscape.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing study site operations, conducting site visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, close-out), verifying informed consent processes, reviewing investigator site files, managing investigational product inventory, resolving data discrepancies, identifying and reporting serious adverse events, and mentoring junior CRAs.
- • The role involves close collaboration with Clinical Trial Managers, Project Managers, site personnel, and sponsors to ensure protocol adherence, audit readiness, and timely issue resolution across diverse therapeutic areas.
- • Precision Medicine Group is a growing clinical research organization expanding its capabilities in Latin America, offering a remote-based opportunity in Brazil to contribute to high-impact studies while developing leadership and technical expertise in global clinical monitoring.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- • 5+ years of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
- • Significant site management experience in clinical research
- • Professional-level English proficiency (verbal and written)
- • Ability to travel up to 60% overnight, including international travel as needed
- • Experience monitoring in rare and complex therapeutic areas (preferred)
