• • As a Senior Cloud Application Support Engineer at Atmosera, you will serve as a critical technical escalation point for complex cloud-based managed services, directly enabling clients to maintain operational continuity, security, and performance across their Azure environments. Your expertise ensures that mission-critical applications remain stable and optimized, directly supporting business innovation and digital transformation goals for enterprise clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing Tier 3 support for Azure infrastructure and application issues, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents involving virtual machines, networking, storage, identity, and platform services; leading root cause analysis and permanent fix implementation for recurring problems; collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Data & AI) to design and implement preventive measures; creating and maintaining detailed knowledge base articles and runbooks to improve first-contact resolution rates; mentoring junior engineers through technical guidance and shadowing opportunities; participating in on-call rotation with defined SLAs for response and resolution times; contributing to service improvement initiatives by identifying trends, recommending architectural enhancements, and supporting automation efforts; and acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients during service reviews and strategic planning sessions.
