• • As a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our cloud security content roadmap and vendor technology integration plans. This role goes beyond traditional cloud engineering; it's about becoming a true innovator and educator in the cloud security space. You will be immersed in researching, learning, and applying the latest advancements in cloud security, including Cloud SIEMs, Kubernetes, and specific cloud provider security features.
• • Your primary mission will be to evolve and disrupt the traditional approach to cloud security training. You will design, develop, and implement emulated environments within our platform that simulate both offensive (hacking) and defensive security scenarios. This involves translating complex theoretical concepts into practical, gamified, and engaging learning modules that make cloud security accessible and fun for a global audience of cybersecurity professionals.
• • You will play a key role in our Cloud Security Content team, collaborating closely with the Principal Cloud Security Engineer. Your contributions will directly influence the development of new labs, challenges, and online learning content for AWS, Azure, and GCP. • • Key responsibilities include:
• • Planning, writing, and improving cloud security labs, challenges, and online learning content for the Immersive platform, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies.
• • Producing multi-format content that incorporates various teaching methodologies, such as practical exercises, interactive questions, and gamification techniques to enhance user engagement and learning.
• • Rigorously testing Cloud Security labs to ensure they function flawlessly and meet the high standards expected by our users.
• • Collaborating effectively with Engineering and Content teams on new projects, product developments, and optimal deployment strategies.
• • Staying ahead of the curve by continuously researching emerging cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices, and translating this knowledge into actionable learning content.
• • Contributing to the strategic direction of our cloud security content offerings, ensuring alignment with market demands and technological advancements.
