  • • As a Senior Cloud Security Network Engineer at Copeland LP, you will be instrumental in shaping and safeguarding our global IT enterprise networks and infrastructure technologies, with a specialized focus on cloud networking and robust security services.
  • • This pivotal role involves providing advanced Level II and Level III technical support, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for enterprise IT communications, and offering crucial technical leadership and mentorship to our operations teams.
  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of network infrastructure, from initial planning and design to meticulous implementation and ongoing support, ensuring the resilience, security, and efficiency of our cloud-based and on-premises network environments.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to research, evaluate, and recommend emerging network and communication technologies, staying ahead of industry trends to ensure Copeland remains at the forefront of technological innovation and security best practices.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across various Copeland Business Units globally, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies and providing expert guidance on network security and cloud infrastructure.
  • • Collaborate closely with Security and Cloud Infrastructure groups, leveraging your deep understanding of enterprise IT communications to enhance our overall security posture and cloud integration.
  • • Design, implement, and manage sophisticated network security services, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and other security appliances, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • • Develop and maintain comprehensive network architecture documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency across the IT landscape.
  • • Proactively monitor network performance, identify potential security threats, and implement preventative measures to minimize risks and ensure business continuity.
  • • Lead the evaluation of new hardware, firmware, and software solutions, conducting thorough testing and developing detailed procedural documentation and training materials for installation and support.
  • • Participate in root cause analysis for network incidents, meticulously tracking, documenting, and reporting identified patterns to drive continuous improvement.
