📋 Description

• • Senior Cloud Systems Administrator (Night Shift) ensures the security, reliability, and performance of NICE’s computing platforms, servers, and hardware by proactively monitoring systems, addressing incidents, and maintaining cloud and data center environments.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and supporting production infrastructure, monitoring and resolving system issues, performing routine maintenance (backups, patching, application updates), managing DNS/FTP/IIS/application environments, setting up server security, maintaining documentation, participating in on-call rotations, communicating events to stakeholders, and handling physical data center tasks such as cabling and racking (with some travel required).
