- • As a Senior Collaboration and Productivity Engineer, you will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the advanced administration, engineering, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment, driving productivity, collaboration, and security across the organization.
- • You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and related services, while managing hybrid identity integrations and providing expert-level troubleshooting and mentorship to junior engineers.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Microsoft 365 and emerging AI technologies, develop leadership and mentoring skills, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and user experience through automation, optimization, and cross-functional partnership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
- • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and security and compliance tools
- • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to automate and manage Microsoft 365 environments
- • Experience working in hybrid environments, including integration with on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD / Azure AD Connect
- • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA, conditional access, and threat protection
- • Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and work nights and weekends as needed
