  • • As a Senior Community Specialist within our Buy Growth Engine, your primary objective will be to cultivate and energize a robust community of brokers. This role is pivotal in accelerating our buy-side acquisition, enhancing customer retention, and fostering strong advocacy. You will be instrumental in building deep relational trust with our broker network, establishing systematic proof generation mechanisms, and creating authentic, real-world connections that solidify partnership loyalty.
  • • You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Growth, Partner Leads, Customer Experience, Content, and Product Marketing (PMM). Your work will involve capturing broker sentiment and translating it into powerful advocacy, valuable referrals, and compelling proof points that showcase the success of our platform. This cross-functional synergy is key to understanding and amplifying the voice of our broker community.
  • • A core responsibility will be the design and execution of engaging monthly broker events. This includes managing all logistical aspects, developing comprehensive playbooks for event success, and establishing efficient follow-up workflows to maintain momentum and engagement post-event. These events are crucial touchpoints for building relationships and reinforcing our commitment to our broker partners.
  • • You will focus on deepening relationships across our key broker segments – Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. This will be achieved through targeted recognition moments that celebrate their contributions and identity-building initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and shared purpose within the tem community.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve actively capturing testimonials, soliciting referrals, and identifying opportunities for case studies from our brokers and partners. This direct feedback and success stories are vital for our marketing and sales efforts.
  • • You will work with Customer Experience, Sales, and Partner Leads to build and implement a systematic workflow for advocacy intake. This ensures that valuable insights and success stories are captured efficiently and consistently.
  • • You will maintain a dynamic advocacy pipeline, providing the Content Lead with a steady stream of at least four case-study-ready insights per month. This ensures our content accurately reflects the real-world impact and benefits of tem.
  • • You will contribute to creating broker features and recognition content that supports our broader community storytelling efforts, highlighting the successes and contributions of our partners.
  • • Close coordination with the Content Lead is essential for providing inputs for case studies and ensuring our proof needs are met with authentic broker experiences.
  • • You will implement and maintain HubSpot engagement scoring and custom fields to meticulously track broker engagement levels and identify key engagement patterns.
  • • A crucial aspect of the role involves capturing sentiment and insights from Partner Leads and Customer Experience, and then synthesizing and sharing these trends back to the broader team to inform strategy and product development.
  • • You will be responsible for tracking referral attribution and measuring community-influenced pipeline, providing regular reports on key community health metrics to demonstrate impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • • You will manage the gifting program end-to-end, ensuring it aligns with Customer Experience milestones and key community triggers, reinforcing positive interactions and loyalty.
  • • Developing and maintaining a gifting playbook, tied to broker tier progression and retention moments, with a target of 90% on-time delivery, will be a key operational responsibility.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by the reliable delivery of foundational metrics, including event execution, newsletter cadence, advocacy pipeline development, gifting program efficiency, and accurate tracking. We also look for clear, visible community health and engagement trends, observable through HubSpot data and lightweight reporting. Ultimately, success is defined by the development of community programs that demonstrably increase broker advocacy, referral rates, and retention signals over time, contributing directly to tem's growth and mission.

  • • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, customers, or community members.
  • • Exceptional execution capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to reliably manage events, communications, and operational workflows.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting sound judgment in tone and storytelling.
  • • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness working cross-functionally with diverse teams such as Growth, Sales, Partner Leads, Customer Experience, Content, and PMM.
  • • High attention to detail, particularly in managing logistics, follow-ups, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • • Proficiency and comfort using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) for tracking engagement and running repeatable operational workflows.
  • • Experience in partner-led growth, broker networks, or community-led acquisition strategies.
  • • Experience in building and managing advocacy and proof pipelines (e.g., testimonials, reviews, case studies).
  • • Experience managing gifting programs or implementing lifecycle retention initiatives.
  • • Background in the energy sector, B2B marketplaces, or other relationship-driven commercial models.
  • • Experience in setting up simple automation, templates, and playbooks to scale operational processes.
