- • Drive Anduril’s compensation strategy to support hypergrowth, specifically for Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams at Arsenal-1 Ohio.
- • Serve as a strategic advisor to People Business Partners and senior leadership on compensation planning, alignment, and execution.
- • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- • Lead job evaluation processes and conduct market pricing analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families and levels.
- • Guide leadership and People Business Partners through annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles for the Arsenal-1 population.
- • Partner with People Operations to execute compensation cycles, including budgeting, UAT testing, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
- • Interrogate compensation data to generate data-driven insights and recommendations for People Business Partners and leaders.
- • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Production/Manufacturing Division Leads, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance, Accounting, and third-party vendors.
- • Lead change management and communications around compensation practices to managers, team members, and the broader People Team.
- • Proactively identify and solve complex compensation issues, offering solutions to fill skill gaps and accelerate organizational effectiveness.
- • Operate in a flexible work environment where autonomy is valued—supporting work-life balance while remaining responsive to urgent needs, including evening Slack communications.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working in Compensation roles.
- • Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- • Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.
- • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple projects to success with a strong operational background.
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
