- • Centene Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Compliance Administrator to lead the critical function of HR Regulatory Change Management. This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring the company's adherence to a complex landscape of state and federal employment and Human Resources regulations. - • In this strategic position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive programs, policies, and practices that directly support state and federal program contract compliance. This includes a deep dive into the intricacies of federal and state legal and regulatory mandates specifically within the realms of employment law and human resources.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves representing the Regulatory Change Management Compliance function in high-level meetings with Senior Leadership. You will be expected to articulate complex regulatory impacts, propose solutions, and drive consensus on compliance strategies. Furthermore, you will lead all RCM-related reporting efforts and facilitate crucial coordination between Health Plans and Corporate Business Units, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- • You will be tasked with leading strategic initiatives for the Regulatory Change Management team. This requires a proactive approach to identifying emerging regulatory trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization, and developing robust strategies to address them. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the team towards achieving departmental and organizational compliance goals.
- • A core responsibility includes conducting routine monitoring and in-depth analysis of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. This involves staying abreast of legislative changes, proposed rules, and judicial decisions that could affect Centene's HR and employment practices. You will translate these complex regulatory updates into actionable insights for the business.
- • You will be responsible for identifying the precise impact of regulatory changes on the Company's operations and business units. This necessitates close collaboration with various departments to understand their processes and how they might be affected. Subsequently, you will coordinate the necessary impact notifications to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared for upcoming changes.
- • Serving as a primary point of contact, you will engage with Compliance, Operational teams, and Health Plan partners. Your role will involve coordinating the gathering and dissemination of critical analysis related to regulatory changes to these key stakeholders, ensuring they have the information needed to adapt and comply.
- • You will act as an escalation point for compliance and business stakeholders when significant barriers or challenges arise in the implementation of regulatory changes. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the resolution of these identified issues, ensuring that compliance efforts remain on track and effective.
- • A key objective is to identify and implement process improvements that will enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the regulatory change management lifecycle. This includes streamlining workflows, leveraging technology, and adopting best practices to ensure a proactive and agile compliance framework.
- • You will oversee and meticulously monitor the implementation efforts for state or federal regulatory changes across the organization. This involves tracking progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and ensuring that changes are implemented accurately and within established timelines.
- • Supporting the Regulatory Change Management state and federal level internal reporting responsibilities is a critical function. You will contribute to the preparation of reports that demonstrate compliance status, highlight key risks, and outline mitigation strategies for senior management and regulatory bodies.
