📋 Description

• As a Senior Consultant within Celonis Services, you will be instrumental in driving our customers' digital transformation journeys and contributing to Celonis' global expansion. You will operate at the forefront of Process Intelligence technology, leading agile project teams to deliver exceptional value and foster deep customer adoption of our innovative solutions.
• Your primary responsibility will be to identify and understand our customers' strategic priorities. This involves engaging deeply with stakeholders across various business functions to grasp their operational challenges and objectives. You will then translate these strategic goals into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with the capabilities of the Celonis platform.
• You will lead project teams through the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial scoping and data integration to analysis, solution design, and deployment. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, effective communication, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve project milestones and deliver outstanding results.
• A core aspect of your role involves transforming raw customer data into actionable insights. You will leverage your proficiency in SQL to extract, clean, and model data from diverse enterprise systems. This data will form the foundation for sophisticated process analyses, enabling a clear understanding of how business processes actually operate.
• You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative analyses and execution applications using the Celonis platform. This includes leveraging advanced features such as Process Analytics, Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning algorithms to uncover process inefficiencies, identify root causes, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Your analytical skills will be crucial in dissecting complex business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and quantifying the impact of inefficiencies on business outcomes. You will translate these findings into clear, concise reports and presentations, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting them to both technical teams and senior management.
• A key part of your role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring that the implemented solutions directly address the customer's challenges and deliver tangible business value.
• You will conduct value creation workshops with customers, facilitating discussions to collaboratively identify opportunities for process improvement. The outcomes of these workshops will guide the development and implementation of targeted measures designed to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
• You will play a pivotal role in establishing the foundational strategy for value realization with our clients. This involves defining clear objectives, setting measurable targets, and outlining a roadmap for continuous improvement, ensuring long-term customer success and maximizing the return on their investment in Celonis technology.
• By becoming an expert in a wide array of business processes—including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management—you will be equipped to address diverse customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• You will consistently utilize the latest features and functionalities of the Celonis software, staying abreast of product updates and innovations to ensure customers benefit from the most advanced capabilities available. This includes exploring and applying new advancements in AI and machine learning to further enhance process intelligence and automation.
• Your dedication and visionary approach will be key in driving the adoption and advancement of Celonis Process Mining technology within the public sector. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the transformative potential of process intelligence and guiding them towards achieving operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement, or a closely related field.
• Proven proficiency with SQL for data transformation and modeling, with a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse customer stakeholders to understand and interpret complex business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a well-organized approach and a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable academic background.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
