- • As a Senior Content Executive for Poland and Czech markets, you will play a pivotal role in expanding loveholidays’ presence across Central and Eastern Europe by ensuring all English content is accurately, culturally, and tonally adapted into Polish and Czech using AI-powered translation tools and human oversight. Your work directly supports the company’s ambition to become Europe’s leading online travel agent by delivering localized, brand-aligned content that resonates with international customers and drives engagement across digital touchpoints.
- • You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing glossaries and translation prompts to maintain high-quality output across channels; translating and refining copy from English to Polish and Czech to align with brand guidelines and tone of voice; developing user-centric content that addresses customer service queries and resolves pain points; collaborating with marketing teams to craft email, push, social, and brand campaign content for international markets; and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content supports broader business objectives such as conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- • You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and passionate international content team within loveholidays’ Commercial and Support divisions, where innovation is encouraged through progressive tech adoption and continuous learning. The team operates with a growth mindset, empowering individuals to own projects, shape strategy, and contribute to shared goals in an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and personal development.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in localization, AI-assisted translation workflows, and multilingual content strategy while gaining hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Twilio) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). You’ll have the opportunity to influence brand voice in emerging markets, build a portfolio of high-impact travel content, and advance your career through individualized training budgets and exposure to senior stakeholders shaping the company’s international growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal, with proven ability to translate copy from English to Polish to a high linguistic and stylistic standard
- • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including experience adapting tone and messaging for diverse platforms such as email, social media, push notifications, and customer service communications
- • Understanding of brand guidelines and how they influence tone of voice, with ability to ensure consistency across all translated and original content
- • Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple competing priorities, and deliver high-quality output consistently in a fast-paced environment
