• • As a Senior Copywriter at Alternative Payments Ltd., you will be instrumental in shaping and elevating our brand's voice across all marketing touchpoints. This pivotal role within our dynamic Marketing Team is designed for a seasoned wordsmith who is passionate about crafting compelling narratives that not only resonate with our target audience but also drive tangible business results. You will be the guardian of our copy quality, ensuring every piece of content, from the foundational website copy to engaging blog posts, persuasive email campaigns, and high-impact paid advertisements, adheres to the highest standards and effectively communicates our value proposition.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere content creation; you will be a strategic partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Engineering. This collaboration is crucial to ensure that our messaging is not only consistent and on-brand but also meticulously optimized for conversion. You will delve deep into understanding our customer journey and business objectives, translating complex financial technology concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive language that captures attention and inspires action.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves taking ownership of complex copywriting projects from inception to completion. You will be expected to provide copy thought leadership, critically evaluating the quality of existing content, establishing new benchmarks, and actively driving the messaging strategy for the entire marketing function. This includes proposing innovative improvements to our content strategy, developing comprehensive copy guidelines, defining and refining our brand's tone of voice, and building robust messaging frameworks that can be leveraged across all marketing initiatives.
• • Mentorship and team development are key components of this Senior position. You will play an active role in supporting and guiding junior copywriters and other team members, sharing your extensive knowledge, best practices, and insights. By fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, you will help elevate the overall copywriting capabilities within the team, ensuring a consistent and high-caliber output.
• • You will lead the execution of copy across the entire marketing funnel, encompassing website content, blog articles, email marketing sequences, sales collateral, and paid advertising campaigns. This end-to-end responsibility means you will be involved in the planning, conceptualization, writing, editing, and optimization phases for all these channels.
• • Your strategic input will be vital in developing and executing copy that supports our marketing funnel objectives. This includes building cohesive messaging strategies that guide prospects through their decision-making process, implementing A/B testing protocols to refine messaging based on performance data, and continuously iterating on content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
