• • In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our brand voice resonates across a multitude of channels. Your responsibilities will span the creation of compelling copy for marketing campaigns, engaging landing pages, persuasive email sequences, impactful paid advertisements, and dynamic video scripts, among other critical touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with talented designers, insightful product marketers, and a wide array of cross-functional partners throughout the organization.
• • Your primary objective will be to ensure that our messaging is not only sharp and clear but also authentically embodies the distinct Vanta voice and brand personality. A core requirement for this position is the ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise, human-centered copy that is easily understood by our target audience. • • As a Senior Copywriter at Vanta, your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of writing tasks. You will craft clear, compelling, and often witty copy that adheres to our established brand voice and style guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms including campaigns, web content, paid advertising, email marketing, and video production.
• • You will actively participate in, and at times lead, brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and shaping creative direction, especially in ambiguous situations. A significant part of your role will involve working directly with cross-functional partners, building strong collaborative relationships to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
• • A crucial aspect of your contribution will be to help scale and safeguard the Vanta voice as the company continues its rapid growth trajectory. This includes developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines and ensuring their consistent application.
• • Meticulous proofreading and quality assurance of your own work, as well as that of your colleagues, will be essential to maintaining high standards.
