- • Senior Creative Designer & Content Lead role at Pear Tree, responsible for bringing all creative capability in-house by replacing external agency design work and owning end-to-end execution of campaigns, content, and marketing assets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include taking top-level direction (e.g., "a multi-page product mailer with xyz feature") and delivering finished, production-ready creative across print, digital, and social media — including multi-page mailers, catalogues, flyers, email graphics, and social media posts requiring approval before publishing.
- • Part of an in-house marketing team at Pear Tree, a company shifting from external agency reliance to internal creative ownership, supporting sales and marketing outcomes with consistent, on-brand output.
- • Opportunity to grow as a creative lead by presenting ideas, making independent decisions, reducing reliance on external vendors, and elevating everyday marketing collateral to Adobe-quality standards while working closely with cross-functional teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong B2B graphic design experience, ideally in an industrial or similar environment
- • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency as the primary toolset
- • Proven ability to take a loose idea or desired outcome and deliver finished creative with minimal back-and-forth
- • Strong written and spoken English for clear communication with the marketing team
- • Video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar) — highly valued
- • Copy or content-editing capability — highly valued
