📋 Description

• Senior Creative Producer at WellTech Limited, a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots, responsible for driving creative innovation and marketing strategy to support wellness apps used by over 25.5 million people worldwide.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include generating user-centric creative ideas, writing briefs, analyzing UA results and creative performance, conducting market and competitor research, managing full-cycle creative production from concept to implementation, prioritizing tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior teammates, and presenting work with clarity and confidence.
• The marketing team operates across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, combining the scale of an established market leader with the agility of a fast-growing team focused on performance marketing for wellness apps like Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit.
• In this role, the individual will develop expertise in performance-driven creative strategy, gain hands-on experience with AI tools for ad creation, deepen knowledge of health and fitness vertical trends, and grow as a leader by mentoring others and influencing marketing innovation across major ad networks including Meta, TikTok, and Google.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Creatives Producer or similar position
• Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok and Google
• Experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content and writing persuasive direct response communications
• Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that regularly outperform benchmarks, coupled with a proven track record of consistently achieving marketing KPIs
• Strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Empathetic team development skills that foster both individual growth and teamwide success
• Experience in presenting work with confidence and elegance, with ability to clarify reasoning behind creative choices
• Open and effective communication aimed at building trust with various stakeholders
• Ability to operate autonomously and proactively
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English level
