- • Senior Creative Producer, Growth role at Jerry Technologies Inc., a pre-IPO startup disrupting the $2T car ownership market with AI-powered solutions, where you will own end-to-end creative excellence and drive performance across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and CTV.
- • Day to day, you will concept and produce performance creative from ideation to delivery, edit video directly, leverage AI tools for ideation and scripting, manage agency partners, translate performance data into creative direction, and stay ahead of platform trends to ensure Jerry’s ads are both high-performing and brand-elevating.

- • In this role, you will accelerate your career growth by owning the full creative lifecycle, blending craft with data and AI, building a scalable creative system, and helping scale Jerry to a $5B business while making an impact in a traditionally 'dry' but essential industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in performance-driven creative production, ideally at a performance media agency or in-house growth creative team at a DTC or app-based company
- • Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV
- • Strong performance creative intuition — understanding hooks, pacing, CTAs, and what drives scroll-stopping and conversion
- • Elevated visual taste — ability to elevate functional performance creative to premium brand quality without sacrificing effectiveness
- • Video editing fluency — capable of cutting, iterating, and polishing ads quickly and independently using professional editing tools
- • AI fluency — active experimentation with generative tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset generation to accelerate workflows
