📋 Description
- • The Senior Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and helping eliminate the systemic drivers of customer escalations, cancellations, and retention risk across the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, the role involves analyzing customer behavior, feedback, and operational performance data to uncover root causes of retention risk, quantifying impact, and translating insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
- • The role sits within the CX Insights team at LWolf, Inc., partnering closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, Operations, and Revenue leadership to drive improvements in customer experience and retention.
- • The person in this role can learn to combine analytical rigor with business judgment and cross-functional influence, developing expertise in diagnosing systemic customer issues and driving sustained process improvements that impact retention and satisfaction.
