- • As a Senior Customer Solutions Advisor at Bullhorn, Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by serving as a pivotal expert and mentor within the On-Demand Customer Success team. Your primary mission is to restore stability and confidence for customers who are navigating high-impact challenges, ensuring they feel supported and empowered.
- • You will take full ownership of high-impact, time-bound engagements with customers facing critical issues such as high ticket volumes, degraded support experiences, significant adoption barriers, or other escalated needs. This role demands a proactive and hands-on approach to diagnose and resolve complex problems swiftly.
- • Combining advanced technical expertise with keen customer intuition and a relentlessly solution-oriented mindset, you will be tasked with resolving issues efficiently, rebuilding customer trust, and ultimately leaving each customer in a demonstrably better and more successful state than when you began the engagement.
- • A core responsibility involves owning and leading complex customer engagements from inception to resolution. This extends beyond merely implementing changes; it requires applying advanced troubleshooting methodologies to deeply diagnose intricate problems, always through the critical lens of the customer's unique business processes and objectives.
- • You will act as a proactive customer advocate and build strong partnerships. This involves serving as the direct liaison for customers, fostering rapport, and establishing trust. Your role will transcend reactive problem-solving, focusing instead on proactively identifying and mitigating risks by leveraging customer health data to prevent future escalations and strategically rebuilding partnerships where they may have been strained.
- • As a mentor to your peers, you will elevate the team's collective knowledge and capabilities. You will provide tactical guidance and actively transfer knowledge to help other team members execute their roles more effectively. A key expectation is to proactively coach colleagues through complex challenges, thereby improving overall team performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- • You will be responsible for strategic solution design, moving beyond simple issue documentation to proposing multiple viable solutions that directly address a customer's core business challenges. Utilizing your advanced troubleshooting skills, you will analyze complex problems from the customer's unique business process perspective, then present well-reasoned options to the Solution Architect for informed decision-making and design.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be championing Bullhorn One Best Practices. As a subject matter expert, you will proactively guide customers toward adopting standard workflows and industry best practices, ensuring the long-term health and optimal performance of their solutions.
- • You will drive measurable outcomes through insightful reporting. This includes providing regular, comprehensive updates on customer progress and meticulously tracking deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. For a Senior CSA, this means synthesizing complex data into a cohesive narrative that delivers actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders with minimal supervision.
- • Furthermore, you will take ownership of internal programs and initiatives. You will evolve from being a feedback contributor to an initiative owner, taking full responsibility for internal business improvement initiatives. This includes defining scope and requirements, and ultimately delivering a measurable outcome that enhances team processes or the overall customer experience.
- • This is a fixed-term position, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a defined period.
