  • • As a Senior Customer Success Engineer – Advisory, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption, value realization, and workflow excellence for our clients who deliver advisory and consulting services. This is a deeply hands-on, product-centric role, specifically designed for individuals with a background as advisory practitioners or transformation leaders. You will operate directly within the Fieldguide platform, collaborating closely with customer advisory teams to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and overall quality of their engagements across a diverse spectrum of advisory services. This position transcends traditional relationship management; your success will be measured by tangible metrics such as end-user adoption rates, the maturity of their workflows, and demonstrable client outcomes, rather than simply by the volume of interactions.
  • • Your role will be that of a trusted advisor and practitioner, guiding customers to embrace best practices and modernize their advisory service delivery models. You will be a key liaison, working in tandem with our Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Revenue teams to ensure our customers achieve significant business impact. Crucially, you will channel practical, practitioner-level insights back into the development of our platform, directly influencing its evolution and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will encompass owning the success of a dedicated portfolio of Fieldguide advisory customers, with a clear accountability for usage metrics, achievement of desired outcomes, and fostering long-term customer retention. You will be tasked with driving deep platform adoption within advisory teams by actively configuring workflows, templates, and engagement structures directly within the Fieldguide environment. A core aspect of your role will involve translating complex advisory methodologies, service offerings, and industry best practices into scalable and repeatable workflows within our platform. You will partner directly with advisory teams to refine their engagement execution, enhance delivery consistency, and elevate client outcomes through sophisticated workflow design. Leading customer enablement, comprehensive training programs, and effective change management initiatives will be vital to help teams transition away from manual, bespoke, or outdated delivery methods. Proactively identifying usage gaps, operational inefficiencies, and potential delivery risks will allow you to recommend and implement targeted improvements. You will act as a practitioner-advisor, confidently challenging teams to adopt more robust and scalable advisory practices. Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams will be essential for providing real-world advisory feedback and shaping roadmap priorities. You will also play a role in supporting renewals and expansion opportunities by ensuring customers consistently derive clear, provable value from their use of Fieldguide across various advisory service lines. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of scalable success initiatives, including the creation of playbooks, templates, enablement content, and best-practice frameworks. Ultimately, you will own and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, retention, customer outcomes, and overall platform usage, ensuring our clients achieve maximum benefit from Fieldguide.
