You will serve as the primary trusted advisor and advocate for a portfolio of strategic accounts, guiding them from initial implementation through ongoing value realization and expansion.
  • • Your core mission will be to drive exceptional customer satisfaction, foster long-term retention, and identify opportunities for growth within your assigned accounts. This involves a comprehensive understanding of our platform's capabilities and how they align with the unique operational challenges and strategic objectives of leading healthcare organizations. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers not only adopt but also deeply integrate Verifiable's solutions into their workflows, thereby optimizing their operations at an enterprise scale.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve managing the entire customer lifecycle. This begins with overseeing a seamless and efficient onboarding process, ensuring that new clients are set up for success from day one. You will collaborate closely with our Solutions and Enablement teams to tailor implementation strategies that meet specific client needs and timelines. Post-onboarding, you will provide ongoing technical support and strategic guidance, acting as the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues, and ensuring swift, effective resolution.
  • • Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges before they impact customer satisfaction is key. You will conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) with clients to assess their progress, reinforce the value delivered, and uncover new opportunities for them to leverage Verifiable's platform. This includes understanding their evolving business needs and translating those into actionable recommendations for platform utilization and expansion.
  • • Your role extends to being a crucial conduit for customer feedback. You will meticulously gather, analyze, and synthesize insights from your clients, then translate this valuable information into actionable recommendations for our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. This feedback loop is critical for Verifiable's continuous innovation and our ability to stay ahead in the market, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of healthcare technology.
  • • You will be responsible for demonstrating and quantifying the Return on Investment (ROI) that our clients are achieving through their partnership with Verifiable. This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), developing compelling reports, and presenting data-driven insights that highlight the tangible benefits and operational improvements our platform delivers.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, from operational managers to executive leadership, will be paramount. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and understand the nuances of the healthcare industry will be essential for fostering deep partnerships.
  • • Collaboration is central to success at Verifiable. You will work hand-in-hand with internal teams, including Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales, to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience. This cross-functional synergy is vital for delivering comprehensive solutions and maximizing customer value.
  • • As a Senior CSM, you are expected to contribute to the broader Customer Success team by sharing best practices, mentoring junior team members, and helping to refine our customer success methodologies. Your experience and insights will be invaluable in scaling our success efforts as Verifiable continues its rapid growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of success in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within a SaaS environment, preferably with experience in the healthcare technology sector.
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • • Strong understanding of customer success principles, including onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal processes.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Experience in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business insights for clients.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
