  • As a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the APAC region at Traackr Inc., you will be at the forefront of empowering our diverse clientele to maximize the value derived from our industry-leading influencer marketing platform. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about fostering deep client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring our customers achieve their strategic influencer marketing objectives. You will be the primary advocate for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to navigate their journey with Traackr, ultimately transforming them into enthusiastic advocates for our technology.
  • Your core responsibility will involve deeply understanding each client's unique business goals, influencer marketing strategies, and operational challenges. Through this understanding, you will proactively guide them in leveraging Traackr's capabilities to their fullest potential. This includes developing tailored strategies for platform implementation, user training, and ongoing optimization to ensure seamless integration into their existing marketing workflows.
  • You will be instrumental in driving customer retention and expansion by consistently demonstrating the tangible value Traackr delivers. This involves meticulously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform usage, campaign success, and overall customer satisfaction. By analyzing this data, you will identify opportunities for clients to enhance their influencer programs and proactively address any potential risks or challenges that might impede their success.
  • A significant aspect of your role will be to conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and progress updates. These reviews will serve as a critical touchpoint for reinforcing the value proposition of Traackr, celebrating client successes, and collaboratively planning future initiatives.
  • You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective transition onto the Traackr platform. This involves setting clear expectations, providing comprehensive training, and establishing a strong foundation for a long-term, successful partnership.
  • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to provide valuable customer feedback, identify product enhancement opportunities, and contribute to the overall customer experience strategy. Your insights will directly influence product development and service improvements.
  • As a Senior CSM, you are expected to mentor and guide junior members of the Customer Success team, sharing best practices and contributing to the team's collective growth and expertise. You will also be involved in developing and refining customer success playbooks and processes to ensure scalability and consistency across the APAC region.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, digital marketing trends, and the SaaS industry. You should be adept at navigating complex client organizations, building rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and communicating effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the Philippines. While remote work is the standard, there may be an occasional requirement for in-person attendance for critical trainings, team meetings, or company gatherings, as directed by your manager. This ensures you remain connected to the team and company culture while enjoying the benefits of remote work.
