- • Build the entire Customer Success function from scratch, including onboarding flows, health scoring models, engagement cadences, HubSpot setup, and renewal/expansion playbooks for enterprise influencer marketing clients.
- • Own a portfolio of brand accounts from post-signature, managing adoption, engagement, retention, and growth without relying on existing processes or prior team structure.
- • Onboard and train new customers on Kyra’s influencer marketing platform, ensuring rapid time-to-value through product training and strategic guidance on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns.
- • Drive product adoption by closing the gap between available features and actual usage, proactively guiding clients to leverage AI-powered intelligence and campaign analytics tools.
- • Advise brands on influencer marketing strategy and creator selection, offering data-informed, opinionated recommendations beyond basic product functionality.
- • Maintain a consistent, proactive engagement cadence with clients through regular check-ins, reviews, and personalized communications, including feature updates and newsletters that drive engagement.
- • Identify early warning signs of churn by monitoring usage signals and account activity; intervene promptly to understand root causes and implement retention strategies.
- • Own the full renewal and expansion process, meeting quarterly renewal targets and identifying upsell opportunities based on client needs, usage patterns, and product capabilities.
- • Act as the primary internal voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback from brand accounts to inform product roadmap decisions and feature prioritization.
- • Maintain complete visibility into every account’s status, ensuring no client goes unengaged for more than a defined period and no renewal or expansion opportunity is missed.
- • Collaborate with the Solutions Engineer on technical setup and billing issues, while maintaining sole ownership of the client relationship and strategic success outcomes.
- • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in customer outreach, reporting, and campaign advice, while ensuring all client interactions reflect personal judgment and experience.
- • Establish and document standardized processes that become the foundation for future Customer Success hires, setting the benchmark for scalability and excellence.
- • Deliver measurable outcomes: increasing retention rates, reducing churn, shortening time-to-value, and consistently exceeding upsell and expansion quotas.
- • Communicate complex product updates and strategic insights through clear, compelling written content that clients actively read and act upon.
- • Maintain rigorous organizational discipline, ensuring all account details, renewal dates, engagement history, and client preferences are accurately tracked and updated.
🎯 Requirements
- • Four or more years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally within B2B SaaS
- • Deep understanding of influencer and creator marketing, including campaign strategy and creator selection
- • Proven ability to build Customer Success systems from zero, including onboarding, health scoring, and engagement cadences
- • Strong data literacy to interpret usage metrics and identify at-risk or high-potential accounts
- • Experience carrying and achieving renewal and expansion quotas
- • Excellent written communication skills with a track record of creating engaging customer communications
