- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the KSA region, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from Sully.ai's innovative solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across our client organizations. This includes building strong relationships with C-suite executives, VPs, Directors, and clinical leaders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for orchestrating all client interactions, from regular check-ins to comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring alignment and driving mutual success.
- • Leading client outcomes is at the heart of this role. You will work collaboratively with clients to define clear success metrics, develop tailored adoption plans, and meticulously track progress to ensure our clients achieve their desired objectives. Your ability to demonstrate measurable Return on Investment (ROI) will be critical, focusing on the metrics that matter most to our clients, such as significant time savings, increased revenue generation, and enhanced staff satisfaction. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in driving expansion opportunities within existing accounts. This involves identifying potential areas for deeper integration and collaboration, ensuring pilot programs are executed flawlessly, and clearly articulating the value proposition that leads to expanded adoption of Sully.ai's solutions.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve contributing to the development of our client success playbooks. You will be instrumental in defining and refining the best practices for how we consult, support, and grow our highest-value accounts, creating scalable processes that can be leveraged across the organization. Crucially, you will serve as the internal 'voice of the client.' This means translating real-world challenges and pain points experienced by our clients into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams, ensuring that Sully.ai's development roadmap is directly aligned with delivering maximum impact and value to our customers.
- • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who operates with a sense of ownership and accountability. You must be adept at navigating complex organizational structures, influencing key decision-makers, and driving tangible results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your ability to build trust rapidly, deliver consistent value, and maintain alignment with executive stakeholders will be paramount to your success and the success of our clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles, specifically serving C-suite, VPs, or Directors, with a proven track record of running high-stakes meetings and influencing strategic outcomes.
- • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly, deliver measurable results, and maintain alignment with executive stakeholders.
- • Experience in a high-growth B2B startup environment is highly preferred, alongside backgrounds in management consulting or client-facing finance roles. Prior experience as a founder is also a strong plus.
- • A strong sense of ownership and extreme accountability, operating with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- • Metrics-driven approach to work, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage responsibilities end-to-end.
- • Willingness to travel up to 20% for in-person client meetings and industry conferences.
