  • • As a Senior Customer Success Partner, Enterprise at CreatorIQ, you will be the pivotal strategic advisor for a dedicated portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, meticulously guiding them to achieve significant and measurable outcomes through their influencer marketing programs.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to deeply understand each customer's unique business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies leveraging the full power of the CreatorIQ platform, thereby fostering long-term adoption, maximizing program success, and ensuring sustained value realization.
  • • You will cultivate and nurture robust, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders across your client accounts, engaging proactively through consistent communication, periodic virtual check-ins, and strategic in-person meetings to build trust and establish yourself as an indispensable partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • • Acting as a subject matter expert, you will possess a profound understanding of the CreatorIQ platform's capabilities, coupled with fluency in current influencer marketing strategies and a genuine passion for driving tangible business impact for your clients.
  • • Your performance will be evaluated based on critical metrics such as gross retention, platform adoption rates, and overall customer health, reflecting your ability to lead accounts through a value-driven, outcomes-focused journey.
  • • You will proactively drive platform adoption and deepen usage by meticulously analyzing customer engagement data, identifying potential risks or opportunities for growth, and empowering clients to fully unlock the potential of CreatorIQ’s self-service tools.
  • • Leading regular strategic business reviews, success planning sessions, and roadmap discussions will be a key function, ensuring alignment between the CreatorIQ platform and the customer’s evolving marketing and overarching business objectives.
  • • You will collaborate seamlessly with the Implementation and Services teams to guarantee a smooth and effective onboarding process, accelerate adoption ramp-up, and facilitate education at scale for new and existing users.
  • • Partnering closely with the Product Support team, you will ensure that technical questions and product-related issues are efficiently routed and resolved, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • • You will work in tandem with the Strategic Insights Team to deliver bespoke, custom insights when clients require data analysis that extends beyond the standard platform capabilities, providing deeper strategic value.
  • • A crucial aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with Account Executives to develop and maintain comprehensive joint account plans, meticulously identifying customer goals, potential areas of risk, and strategic expansion opportunities.
  • • You will serve as the primary internal advocate for your customers, effectively channeling their feedback, emerging trends, and evolving needs back into the organization to inform product roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvements in the overall customer experience.
  • • Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date account documentation, including detailed success plans, comprehensive meeting notes, identified risk flags, and critical adoption data, will be essential for consistent and proactive account management.
  • • You will be instrumental in ensuring that enterprise clients derive maximum value from their investment in CreatorIQ, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business and can articulate how the platform contributes to their success.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating churn risks, while simultaneously seeking out opportunities for account growth and expansion through deeper platform utilization and strategic alignment.
  • • You will be responsible for educating clients on new features and best practices, ensuring they are always leveraging the most effective strategies within the CreatorIQ ecosystem.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by the demonstrable value and ROI your clients achieve through their influencer marketing initiatives powered by CreatorIQ, solidifying CreatorIQ's position as a critical partner in their growth strategy.
